Tiger Bike Share Student Worker - PP Business Operations
The Tiger Bike Share Program is a sustainability initiative funded by the Student Green Fee, providing an affordable and eco-friendly mode of transportation for U of M students, faculty and staff. All Tiger Bikes are housed and maintained in the Tiger Bike Shop located on campus in the Ray Herzog Building, Room 231B. Learn more about the Tiger Bike Program by visiting our website at https://www.memphis.edu/tigerbike/ Requirements for the Student Worker position is as follows: (1) Strong interest in bicycle mechanics is a must, (2) comfortable with public speaking and one-on-one conversation, as tabling events occur from time to time, (3) ability to create and implement marketing ideas for the Tiger Bike Program, (4) experience with basic online data entry, (5) good leadership and social skills, (6) must have some, if not all, working hours available between 1-4pm on weekdays and (7) experience and/or interest as an avid bicyclists is a plus.
